Bottom line: the food, price, and perception of value were all on point. This is not your perfect diner and this is not a 5 star restaurant. This is a local restaurant that is Percy for what it is. If you like small paces with welcome feelings and enjoy listening to local conversation with a good cup of coffee and breakfast this is your place.

We discovered this place while looking to avoid fast food in Breezewood. Cathy was our server, and she was excellent. The chicken soup was outstanding, and the burgers were cooked to perfection. The restrooms could use some improvement, but the service was prompt, and the meal was far superior to fast food! The prices were also very reasonable.
