The fried chicken sandwich and fries were fantastic! This hidden gem of a restaurant is tucked away in the back of a small parking lot. What a great discovery!

I really enjoyed the food and the ambiance. There’s nothing quite like neo-soul music paired with delicious soul food. I also had the chance to meet the owner, who was friendly and welcoming.

Absolutely amazing experience! I would rate this restaurant a perfect 10 out of 10, or 5 out of 5. I tried the Cea-Lo dirty rice, and it was simply flawless. The flavors were incredible and left me beaming with joy. I can’t wait to return!

This food is absolutely delicious! The cuisine is fantastic and the staff is wonderful. The owner is always present, which adds a nice touch. The fish is light and fluffy, and the shrimp is a generous portion. I will definitely continue to support this place! Ver carta

I finally got to try Cea-Lo. I had stopped by before but they were closed. I was told they were starting to open at 12:00. I ordered the boneless white meat chicken dinner. Sides were potato salad and crispy cauliflower. They did not disappoint, I thought everything was great, generous portions. I will be back to try the fried whiting fish.

If I could have brought five stomachs with me, I would have! The food is absolutely fantastic! This place has such a great vibe. The service is outstanding, and the atmosphere is relaxed, with smooth and inviting music. I could have stayed there all night and danced after my meal, which would have been necessary given the generous portions from the chef! No need for filters on any of the photos attached to this review. I've never dined at a place that made me feel so at home, with clean, delicious food. I am incredibly thankful for the talents of this chef. The owner is truly taking things to the next level with their skills. The sweet potato cornbread is nothing short of amazing!

My son found this little gem in Sherman Oaks so when I hit SoCal the family and I grabbed some take-out. Cee-Lo is in a small strip mall with easy access and adequate parking. The workers were very friendly and the food was excellent, overall, a solid 4.5 rounded to 5 stars.We ordered fried chicken, fried shrimp with collard greens, plantain and onion rings. We finished it off with a cornbread peach cobbler. The chicken and shrimp had excellent batter, very good flavor and fried to a nice crunch. The onion rings were crunchy but needed a dip. I've never had collard greens but I liked the greens. My wife and daughter ate the plantains which they both liked.The Cornbread Peach Cobbler was good... Ver carta
