Cheeseburger Bobby's

Went in to get 2 burgers for me and my girlfriend. I nicely asked if we could get extra fries and they told me I could. 5 minutes later the kid told me they don't have enough to serve for extra fries. I was dumbfounded wondering how when there'sboxes on top of boxes bull of potatoes. It's not a serious matter but it is a slap in the face.

I've been coming here for several years, and it remains the top spot for cheeseburgers. The general manager ensures everything operates seamlessly. The vegetables are always fresh and well-prepared, and the fries come out piping hot every time. The service rivals that of fine dining, with frequent offers of extra fries, custard, mints, and drink refills throughout the meal. I had a wonderful lunch at Cheeseburger Bobby's. The fries were tasty, and I enjoyed a bacon cheeseburger loaded with plenty of fresh toppings to choose from. They offer a wide range of seasonings in large shakers for you to add to your liking. My meal arrived quickly, and the young man who served me was very friendly and attentive. The staff were clearly hardworking and dedicated, especially during the busy lunch rush. My only small letdown was that I asked for extra crispy bacon but got soft, rubbery bacon instead. Overall, it was a pleasant experience!

I used to live around the corner and would come to this location quite frequently as it had one of the best burgers around. I haven't been back to this location in about a year, but I remembered how good it was. Well, this has definitely changed. Theservice was great, the employees were happy and attentive, the restaurant was clean, and everything seemed well stocked andfresh. The burger.. I remember the burger and this was not the same burger. It honestly tasted like a day old McDonald's burgerthrown in the microwave, I was sooo disappointed. I threw it out. That burger lives in the shadow of what it used to be, I'mso disappointed.

This was really bad. I hadn?t been here in a few years, but last time my son and I were there, it was great. Today, we couldn?t finish our meals. The fries were literally WET. We picked up our order right as it finished, I saw them bring it from thekitchen, so it wasn?t condensation from sitting a long time. They were seriously wet, not soggy. My son?s chicken tenders wereokay, but the cole slaw tasted fishy??? My burger was also not good, it tasted like the one I choked down when I had lunch athis elementary school. The burgers are pretty good and my daughter liked the chicken tenders but the fries were just ok. Things have reallygotten out of hand since the pandemic, we went for lunch and it's was $28. I believe it was over priced but I liked the make toorder burgers and all the toppings you can add yourself on the side bar as well as the drink station being open. The mango andpeach teas are incredible but I hated that the ice machine had to keep getting refilled by an staff member. Overall, theatmosphere is chill and the sitting is good for a quick bite.

We definitely won?t be eating here again. I waited for 20 minutes for our food, which would have been completely fine, had the food been hot. It was not. It tasted cold and rubbery, and on top of that they gave us the wrong drink. When I called therestaurant to let them know, the manager said that our food took so long because they had just made it. I explained that thisdidn?t make sense, because the food we received was cold. She never apologized, and she said that the only thing she could dofor us was remake the food (sorry, I?m not going back out to pick up another order of bad food). Just be aware that thisrestaurant genuinely doesn?t care about your feedback and experience. Ver carta
