Great customer service, good food. I always look forward to my next visit because the service and food are consistent across all of the stores I have visited.

The food was exceptional, receiving a perfect score of 5 for its deliciousness. The service was equally impressive, with attentive and friendly staff also earning a 5. However, the atmosphere left much to be desired, resulting in a low score of 1. Ver carta

I love this chick-fil-a. There's a lot of workers there that don't make you just stand there, but actually ask you for extra things, smile, and just generally give off positive energy. I'm really grateful that this is the nearest Chick-fil-a to me because even if it weren't, I'd probably still go here just for the amazing employees. The floors are cleaner than I thought too.

The food and service is amazing. One problem I have with this restaurant is the delivery drivers. One of the delivery drivers was speeding through my neighborhood, this driver cut me off and almost made me crash and proceeded to give me a dirty look. I was on my ways to Aldi's and saw the driver park at this chic fil a. The vehicle was a Toyota Corolla. Maybe put cameras in these delivery cars

I am a RED member for chic-fil-a, I go ALL the time. This weekend my husband and I went and I got 8 piece meal which was good, per usual. However my husband got the spicy chicken sandwich and the piece of chicken used was non existent! I 've NEVER seen or experienced such a small piece of chicken on a chicken sandwich anywhere. I 'm soooo disappointed. This was my 1st time ever going to this specific chic fil a which is close to the house I just purchased, but I may just drive further to a different chic-fil-a. Ver carta

The customer service was absolutely dreadful. I ordered a salad for delivery and there were no utensils included, making it impossible for me to eat. On another visit, I tried an Oreo milkshake, but it barely had any Oreo in it and just tasted like vanilla. I returned to see if they could add more Oreo to it, but the person I spoke with simply said it’s made with a vanilla base. Of course, I thought, but I ordered a 15 Oreo milkshake, so there should be a lot more Oreo in it! He offered to remake it, but I would have to pay for it again, likely resulting in the same disappointing shake.

This is by far the rudest Chick-fil-A in the area. I’m not sure, but it seems like they might be struggling financially at this location. I asked for extra strawberries in my nearly $6 parfait, and they outright refused to accommodate my request. Every other Chick-fil-A I’ve visited happily fulfills such requests without hesitation. It’s just one extra strawberry! The staff is unfriendly and frequently forgets to include items in orders. I’m writing this review because someone brought me food from this location, and I could barely enjoy it because the rudeness was palpable. I haven’t eaten there in over a year, and if I were starving, I would choose to buy gum before stepping foot in that pl...

I went inside to place my order. It was one person in line before me, I placed my order and waited like 8-10 minutes, and my wasn't called. I noticed that customer that ordered after me had got their food, so I walked up to the counter to ask about my order and the young lady turned around to check, and it was sitting on the shelf. She asked her co-worker how long it was up there, and he said it had been awhile. So asked for new food for that reason. I watched the young lady who took the bag back. I watched her the whole time because she was dealing with my food. I watched her put the fries from the bag back with the new fri, s and that's when I asked for my money back.
