Chick-fil-A - Carta

Deluxe Chicken sandwich and chocolate malt is our favorite meal.

The soup is delicious! I just wish they provided extra crackers, especially since I ordered five bowls of it.

The food has a wonderful flavor overall, but it can be quite pricey, especially when you consider the portion sizes. Ver carta

The staff here frequently mismanage orders, and the sandwiches have become smaller while prices have risen substantially. The overall value is quite disappointing.

The staff here are always fantastic! I really wish every fast food restaurant offered the same level of training and service. They consistently get your order right, so you don’t even need to check your bag. It’s always correct! Stop going to McDonald's and start enjoying more Chick-fil-A.

Not bad. If you want a good chicken sandwich spicy or spicy deluxe great choices. For sides you can get fries, Mac and cheese, or fruit cocktail which is very good. Different types of frozen drinks and shakes. Prices not bad I'm comparison to most otherfast food restaurants and this is way better quality. The service at Chick-fil-A varies depending on who is working that day. I've visited several times for mobile pickup, and while sometimes the staff is quite attentive, other times they seem to be back in the kitchen joking around and overlooking customers waiting to be served. On one occasion, I noticed four employees playing around and dropping fries on the floor while I was waiting for help. However, the waffle fries are a great value for the price! Their breakfast selection is quite good, and my favorite item is the egg white grill.

The food is excellent, but the Saturday afternoon staff could enhance their service. The team taking orders outside was engaged in conversation, which delayed their arrival at my car. They forgot one of my drinks, but considering I ordered three combos, I can understand that it was likely a simple oversight. However, when I reached the window, the employee giving the orders was again preoccupied with a coworker. I believe they should prioritize customer interactions over their conversations. Additionally, they didn’t say “my pleasure,” which is a hallmark of Chick-fil-A service.

Lost confidence in this place. 3 times in a row my order was wrong among another issue. First time I was missing my Cobb salad and the second time they forgot to give me my chicken nuggets. They rush you at the window and don't give you a chance to checkyour order. I'm ordering for 5 people so I have 2 full bags of items. The last time I went the pushed me through the drivethrough line and kept saying that the next person will take my order. Once I made the final turn, their was no final person totalk to. Waited 10 minutes until I got to the window and they asked me my name for the order and I told them that nobody took myorder. The girl didn't say sorry but I can take your order. I placed m...
