Not only the sandwich was good, i got all the sauces that i asked for

Updated: Still a fan of this location but unfortunately my review dropped by one star from five to four.

Soda was really flat and I asked for coke not dr.pepper and the chicken sandwich was really hardi was so upset

everything was warm except the sandwich BUT they didnt forget anything and i got my complete meal. this is why i choose chik fil a above all others Ver carta

Normally, the kiste fil a is on place, but there was a mistake this morning. on the app for picking up ordered as we were on the way out of the city. I wanted to go home. I didn't check the bag before I left. on the road and realized that I had no spoon for my yogurt and then instead of Granola pack for my yogurt was realized, we received a package of karted tomato crispy red paprika. you have to say, don't really go with yogurt.

The Friendly carhop kept asking me to pull up during my attempted drive thru order but he wouldn 't follow. When I asked if the restaurant served coke or Pepsi he walked away. We ordered our food at the pay window. And they STILL got the order wrong!! I asked for mayo, tomato, lettuce, and pickle. I was served a dry bun with a one pickle. No tomato, no lettuce, and a pack of honey roasted BBQ sauce. I 'm not sure how they keep their franchise with such appalling service and order fulfillment.

Run-down building and run-down staff. Bathroom dirty. Staff milling around. Unlike most CFAs, poor communication and courtesy. Trash can full behind counter. Poor energy and no enthusiasm. My spicy deluxe sandwich was assembled poorly inside the box. Lettuce was not folded and splayed open way off the bun. Fries were not crisp or fresh. Staff seem to be individually nice people but poorly managed. Makes me wonder if they?re paid or treated well. A guest was playing videos on his phone with volume way up and nobody asked him to turn it down. This whole review is relative to other CFAs. They remain better than most average fast food chains. But I didn?t get a sense that it was drum-tight like... Ver carta
