Chicken Express - Carta

New owners and a complete renovation! The food is fantastic, and the service is quick and friendly. We're thrilled to have Chicken E back in business!

The 1st chicken express I've been to that had employees go to our table and ask if we needed anything. Clean, fast and polite employees. Food was good as well.

My only issue with this restaurant is that the guy who usually works the drive-thru has no respect for personal space. When he takes your order, he leans in over your car. The food is decent, and the tea is quite good. From now on, I'll just stick to the drive-thru.

Worst staff ever said it would take 10 minutes and I waited 30 minutes after the call in 20 minutes before appearing. Two of the employees did not go back over my disabled sister!!!! Not to mention that they don't even get my order after they ask for spicy chicken three times and get it regularly!

This place is really tired worn-down. The order intercom doesn't work. So the older lady will come out to take your order. Only you don't get to order what's on the menu as she will scare you off anything that the cook has to quote drop in and cook. They only want you to order what they've already got made up in the storage bins. Ver carta

6/22 review update. Best tenders!!! Something changed. Food excellent this time. Okra and biscuits were great. 6/21 review Ordered tenders and a side of okra. Had to wait for the okra to be cooked, which was not an issue. Unfortunately, they fried it in oil that had recently been used with the spicy chicken. The okra definitely picked up that spicy flavor and was not edible by our family.

Update on 6/22 review: The offers are fantastic! Something has changed, and this time the food was excellent. The okra and cookies were both delicious. Now, for my review from 6/21: There were scheduled offers and a page of okra available. We had to wait for the okra to be cooked, which wasn’t an issue. However, the downside was that it was fried in oil that had recently been used for spicy chicken, which made the okra taste overwhelmingly spicy and unfortunately inedible for our family.

The service is equally impressive, making you feel welcomed and attended to throughout your meal. The atmosphere is inviting and comfortable, enhancing the overall dining experience.
