"I went through the drive-thru to order dinner, and unfortunately, the experience was marred by the disrespectful attitude of the woman taking our order. Initially, we thought she was asking us to repeat our last order because she seemed unable to hear us. However, all she kept saying was, "What else?" Until she raised her voice, repeating the question in a condescending tone, as if to say, "And what else?" It would have been much more courteous for her to acknowledge our order and ask if there was anything else she could assist us with, like most other restaurants or fast food chains do. This lack of professionalism really caught both my cousin and me off guard. Clearly, the staff would benefit from better training in customer service."

The chicken was old and cold. When I called to complain, they essentially accused me of lying and asked me to bring it back, but I don’t live nearby. However, I do want to mention that the girl at the window was very friendly.

? I am so dang sad dude! Chicken E is my absolute favorite place to eat fast food.... this chicken E was a complete and total disgrace! The chicken strips were like jerky they were so old and nasty! And the potatoes had a 1 on them and it's 7pm but they were dry and crusty... it was so disappointing! So so so disappointing!
