Chick-fil-a - Carta

Wednesday morning was a very busy day and the staff continued to be courteous, efficient and timely!

This is one of the fastest Chick-fil-As I've ever been to and everyone is always friendly! Love it!!

Went in Thursday night which is breakfast for dinner night plus packed due to the college finals week. Service was quick and smooth. Great staff. Ver carta

CFA of Dahlonega has great tasting food and even better service. I have never had a bad visit and go almost once a week when school is in session. You can really tell how much they care about the community.

Used Chick-fil-A Dahlonega to cater a luncheon for our graduating class. Not only did they deliver, but the sandwiches were kept hot, the drinks were cold, and, as always, the food and service was excellent!!

The staff at this location, along with the team in Dawsonville, fosters an amazing atmosphere for families! I really value the fun activities they provide, and it's heartwarming to see how well they celebrate their employees' birthdays. Ver carta

The staff at this restaurant are consistently friendly. Just yesterday, I was fortunate enough to receive two complimentary cookies instead of just one, allowing me to bring one to my oldest child who was waiting in the car. He is autistic and prefers to avoid crowded places, so he chose to stay in the car. I really appreciate that! Thank you!

This is definitely the slowest Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. No matter if it's peak hours or not, you can count on waiting at least 15-20 minutes in the drive-thru line. I visited around 8 PM, and the line was wrapped around the building, barely moving. It appears they are significantly understaffed, with only one person outside taking orders. If you're hoping for quick service, I would not suggest this location.

The restaurant is clean, efficient, and the staff is courteous, providing an excellent product at a reasonable price. It's evident that they have no staffing problems, which is quite remarkable. I believe their competitors could learn a thing or two from them—they might want to ask questions, conduct some research, or even consider working there to grasp the secrets behind their success.
