Chillii's consistently serves delicious meals and offers excellent service. The restaurant is clean and has reasonable prices.

The food was par to sub-par at best besides their guacamole dip,which I guess is pretty good, and the silverware was dirty, and there was also floaty stuff at the bottom of 1 of our cups. The server was just short of rude, and she just came across with an attitude, for no reason at all. Its safe to say I won't be back.

In short, I had an unpleasant experience with a disrespectful server. My mom called the manager over to discuss the situation, and she listened to us and offered her apologies. The manager agreed with our concerns, and to our surprise, she also gave us a discount on our meal and treated us to a complimentary dessert. My mom's main goal was just to ensure the manager spoke to her employee to prevent this from happening to someone else in the future.

The service was satisfactory. Although they were quite busy for a Monday afternoon—likely due to being short-staffed—the servers handled things well, despite some confusion about which dishes were being delivered to which tables. However, I must mention that the women's restroom was in terrible condition; it was very dirty and seemed to be a result of neglect over time rather than just a one-time issue. hostess was cold and did not speak when she led us to our table. our server was pleasant, but had the very long acrylic nails that should be banned from all food services. the toilets were very dirty with toilet paper on floors. the kitchen was also extremely dirty with food and paper scattered over the floor. I think the health inspector must visit this building. that was okay. I understand that the restaurants will only descend from the block again, but there should be no excuse for lack of cleanliness.

This was my first time at Chili's, and I ordered the Big Mouth Crispy Chicken Sandwich with extra onions. It was delicious! I felt it could have used a bit more lettuce, but overall, it was really tasty. The chicken was juicy, and the sauce was fantastic! My husband got the brisket burger and regretted his choice after tasting mine, although his burger was also quite good—just a bit too meaty for our preferences. The fries, however, were fairly average. The service was friendly and welcoming, and they also have seltzers available!

The option to order through their app is convenient, but they should prioritize phone orders to avoid mistakes. The parking lot is disorganized, with rocks from the landscaping scattered all around.
