"The restroom was extremely dirty and lacking seat covers. I found some in the out-of-order stall so I moved them to another stall. I noticed a restaurant employee using the restroom, indicating that staff were aware of the poor condition. My waiter was excellent, although without a name tag I couldn't thank him by name. I tipped him with my credit card, but mistakenly told my husband I had not left a tip, resulting in double gratuity. I ordered the Rib eye steak with double broccoli, hoping for a healthier meal, only to find the broccoli overly salted. The Lemon drop cocktail was simply fresh lemon juice, while the Blackberry margarita was enjoyable despite the second one being too sweet. The Titos punch was perfect. The bar seemed to be struggling, as my last drink took 20 minutes to arrive, long after my party had finished eating. The waiter apologized twice for the delay, unsure of the reason for the wait."

Food was okay, the FRIES were over salted, NACHOS where okay (prefer garnished toppings). Service was great at the lunch hour (Wednesday). Love the atmosphere gives a good vibe!

Great food, but we were abandoned by our waitress early on. Plates were not cleared, refills were not offered, and the checkout/payment computer at our table was broken. We had to go to the entry area to get someone to help us. They found our waitress and sent her over. She was friendly but unapologetic. Ver carta

I really like Chili's, I was living over seas for 4 years and missed going to this restaurant. I ordered all the food online which made it quick and simple for me. When you pull up you just call the number and they bring it out. If they get too busy you can go in to the to go room and pick up your food. I find that the quickest way.

You’ll have a good time here. Nothing fancy but it’s enough for a fun night out. The staff is all friendly (atleast the staff when I was there). The drinks and food are what you’d expect. (Average but worth it). Some chili’s I’ve been too have definitely been disappointing to say the least so I’m glad that this one never seems to fail when it comes to service.
