Chili's Grill - Carta

It's Chili's...not great, not bad. Nice to have a beer and some appetizers. Again, it's Chili's.

The quality of food is OK but you get what you pay for.. The food is not high end…. Today was just too cold to even sit in and enjoy the food

Went there last nite and service was so bad that while i was sitting in the booth of the bar i had to go ask for drink etc . I think the bar guy was having a bad day

Entered at 10:20 pm asked for a booth, most of sections closed. A party was finished and a booth opened up was told will take 15 mins to clean up. Man I will reach the Chili’s at glade by that time. Left from there. On my way to the chili’s at glade which we love.

Exceptional service. Me and my sister we’re taking pictures in the bathroom stall and one of the workers rushed into the stall to get out of the picture and then didn’t come out until we were done. I come to this location very often , I enjoy it more then the one near where I live. The staff here is nice attentive and sometimes even goes above and beyond honestly. They sang for my birthday, my mothers, my husband , my siblings, my brother in law and they bring us treats. They are nice to my children even when they tend to be a bit of a handful . the refills come so quickly the servers are just awesome. It's very clean and so is their restroom they even have fast and precise take out?

I wish I could give this chili an O review. I gave them a lot to many chances. I thought maybe I should give them another try, but as always it's always the same result. they are slow. Today I decided to eat for lunch. we saw our waitress take another table order. they did not ask us “we are ready to order “? we were pressed for the time so that we did not have the time to be honest. our eating did not come out how we ordered what asked us: “Why do we give this restaurant chances?” to make the things worse, we waited for our change for more than enough time. Let me just say I’ve been going to this chili’s for over 8 months . I’ve dealt with issues with them but I just ignored the signs because I know mistakes happen. So fast forward today my husband I ordered our usual today. I usually get shrimp fajitas . I always ask for corn tortillas instead of flour tortillas because that’s my preference. So if you pay attention for the receipt you can clearly see I asked for corn tortillas instead. We picked up our meal via curbside the worker (female unaware of her name) said “ let me go see your order” . Guess what? She never came back.
