Chili's Grill - Carta

This is our second time visiting this chilis and we have no complaints. The food is good and the servers are really nice.

I tried to eat here every time we say it's a minute to wait. most of the tables were empty, apparently they say they were among servants, but.

rent them more people and pay them better and their restaurant does not have to be closed on Saturday. the owners must take their head off their ass! Ver carta

when to lunch today. we had excellent service and allisa our server was very pleasant and attentive. so glad that it is open again with great staff. eating.

To Go staff and management not very polite or knowledgeable on menu items. Really unhappy with paying twice for something because they messed up putting the order in. Just another reason I haven't been there in 10 years.

****! Walk in restaurant literally has 5 to 6 people at the bar and 4 tables with people eating. They won't even seat us and say there is a 20 minute hold. Your place is crappy and looks dirty anyway. You deserve a zero star. Ver carta

Walked in and asked if I could sit at the bar was told I think so and she handed me a menu, so I sat at the bar, then a guy came by and said there is a wait for the bar and I couldnt sit there, there was no one waiting and 3 high tops with customers. I told him what I was told and he said again there is a wait and I couldnt sit there. So I left! Dont want to help me then that is fine someone else will take my money!

a late lunch at 15 o'clock. I wanted to pick up my order. I stood for 10 minutes. I've been watching 4 different people who are staring at me and/or going past me. the place was not busy. I could only see 4 or so tables with people. not even I was greeted. I decided to call the manager and complain. the manager stopped what I had to say and just said I'm sorry to hear that. no offer to make it right or to apologize for the lack of customer service and that was the manager. I'm sorry. I can understand that the customer service is affected when during a hurry and busy, but not when it only 4-5 tables. that's just lazy and the ass over. have taken place fajitas of hacienda guadalajara. there ar...

Here for dinner the other night, ended up having to wait 20 minutes or so, when the restaurant didn’t seem that busy.Our waitress came after about 3-5 minutes, to get our drink order. Then it took quite a while to get our appetizers, and it seemed like we had to keep reminding her of stuff we had asked for throughout the meal.We all ordered off of the three 410 menu, most of us getting some kind of sandwich or a hamburger, the chicken patties for the sandwiches being decent size, but a small portion of fries came with it.We ordered chips and salsa as one of the appetizers, and had to keep asking for refills because they kept bringing smaller amounts and were being eaten quickly without being...
