Chili's Grill - Carta

Is a very good restaurant. But if they have issues cleaning..please correct it be I saw a roach.

It was the worst experience I have ever had dining at chili's. The service was pitiful. I'll probably never eat there again at the bossier city chili's.

The food was good it was cold had to wait longer than expected and what they told me I'm not upset because I really like eating there and I will be back again Ver carta

Cold coffee, no coffee filters to make more. It took 45 minutes to get the meal, fries were cold. Avocado slices were very dark. Good waiter but poor management

There wasn't any fresh tea made for lunch and no lettuce for salads at this location. 4 star because the staff was professional under the circumstances and attentive. Food service was fast and no complaints

I honestly haven't been to a Chili's in about 10 years. It was a nice experience. Our server was a young man with a great personality, friendly and silly without being forced or over the top. Food was great. Ver carta

Coleslaw was warm not fresh and I bit into a hard rock like object and almost broke my front teeth. I got broccoli and roasted corn(which were good) like my original order but they got it wrong. They were out of ribs??? So I settled for chicken tacos — terrible choice, worst dining experience ever. Tacos had tomatoes plenty but no chicken. I went into the restaurant to place a to-go order and the server who took me to the “to-go” area of the restaurant. She said it was slow. I stood there almost 45 minutes before i decided to just leave. I couldnt imagine standing there God knows how much longer to place an order. Then who knows how long it was going to take these guys to get it ready. Can't say much about the whole staff team but for the guy who was our so called server was a bit distant. Only time we saw him was when we stopped him. Been sitting waiting for a lemonade refill since my lady and I sat down. We put our whole order in and didn't receive our entrées until we apparently had to tell him we were ready for our food.
