Chili's Grill - Carta

Went on a Sunday night, food was decently good, we had a shift change with our waitress during our meal, took a awhile for drink refills after that. All in all good evening

This Chilis actually use to be my favorite restaurant in New Iberia years ago but man it is terrible now. The service is bad, food not what it use to be and the place is looking shabby. Come on Chilis. Step up your game!

Order my food at 6:15 they told me my food would be ready at 7 got there waited a while no one came to the vehicle got down they couldn't find my food come to find out it had been Sitting out On the stand it was cold and nasty Ver carta

Had a very nice dinner with my daughter and grand babies. Food was delicious and fresh. Service was nice she was just to busy they really needed to let there waitresses work instead of letting them off early and making there costumers wait for Service.

Food service was excellent! We came eat on a Sunday late… Robilyn was the BEST waitress we’ve ever had here!! Over all we had an awesome supper at chili’s ️ as a family ️ Shout out to Robilyn!! You’re making a huge difference and made our experience here the best we’ve ever had!!

I chose curbside and I was emailed that my food was ready. I remained in the curbside parking for ten minutes after checking in. I had to get out of my car to receive my order and the workers showed no remorse for their actions. Please know that I left a tip on my online order. I’m disappointed in the service that I received. You guys really need to staff better the bar tender was running around and working a whole section while tending bar. At least 2anagers made direct eye contact with us as we sat at the bar. She attempted to great us but was so overwhelmed there was no way for her to get to us. We walked out. This was our last attempt at that this establishment

The restaurant needs some attention, it needs a deep clean from a third party cleaner. It had a slightly old smell when we walked it. We sat down and noticed the table they sat us at had remnants of food from whomever sat before us. We ordered and couldn't help but to look around and notice that it needed cleaning. They brought us some drinks and I put my straw in and drank. The main course came before the appetizer. I drank 2/3rds of my drink and I happened to notice LIP MARKS ON MY CUP. I WAS … – show

Whenever I eat here I get the feeling that everything is precooked and I'm just getting microwaved left overs. I ordered the ribs, they came luke-warm and the fries were cold. The only thing which I can say for sure was just cooked was the corn. My son's pizza on the other hand was fresh made. The service was great. Our waitress paid close attention to our wants and needs even though it was fairly busy. She refilled our cups without being asked and was always nearby asking if we needed anything. … – show Ver carta
