"I Absolutely had the Worst time at this location. Everything that could've Happened , Happened. My girlfriend and i went to have lunch and cocktails.. To start things off our waitress seems as if she was irritated and was a little rude.we ordered our drinksmy girlfriend noticed her glass was dirty and when i received my drink wich was a Bloody Mary i asked if i could have the olivesand Celery that was supposed to be in the drink along with the pickles. She left our table went to the kitchen area for about10-15 min. Came out went to the Bar said something to the person there she came back to our table with some old frozen celeryand three pickles that went on a burger .she told me they were out of olives and they don't usually serve celery with bloodymarys..so i told her but yes it clearly says here in the drink description.So after that we order our food and and waited awhileto get our meals. She bought one thing at a time we had to keep asking for the rest of our meal half way through eating mygirlfriend See's a hair fried in her chicken strip..this was an Horrible experience..from the Bad Customer service, dirty glass,frozen And old celery, Not to mention the dirt or mold that was on my ice that i had to ask for three times. I asked to speak tothe Manager or person in charge. He agreed that everything that could've happened did...so he left the table came backapologized told us he took care of our bill and gave us a $5.00 gift card for our Troubles...and to add insult to injury he sayshave a good day stood there at our table my girlfriend and i looked at each other and i said to her ok well let's go and hewalked us to the door as if we were being escorted out....They Need Better Management, Staff Customer relations, Training onCleanliness ,Quality of Food...??????????"

Calling on the phone orders are not working. You are on hold for along time. I got there before they came back to take my order. My order of guacamole I was not satisfied with it. My order was a half of cup and I asked for a large cup. I try calling againto talk to the manager and I that didn't happen. I happen to drive back and I was about to speak to the manager. He remade myorder and gave me a token.

Chili's food is decent—definitely good, though not outstanding. The service is adequate; the waitstaff are friendly and pleasant, but they don't check on the table as frequently as they should. They sometimes forget orders you've placed. I noticed that last year was an improvement over this year. There seem to be a lot of younger people visiting the bar now, and the atmosphere can get a bit rowdy and even somewhat unruly at times. Additionally, some of the staff in the bar area tend to use inappropriate language, seemingly unaware of their surroundings. I would give them 0 stars. This place is just too ghetto and very very dirty. I really don?t see how people eat in this place with no care about the conditions. Some staffs appearances aren?t good. Service was horrible. Luckily the food wasn?t that badbut needs better management. With the to go orders or DoorDash orders they?re constantly forgetting items and no one everanswers the phone; tried so many times and absolutely nothing so don?t bother calling. I got slight food poisoning after eatinga salad from here. After already eating the salad I noticed it wasn?t fresh at all the lettuce was actually already browned! Do yourself a favor. Pick another restaurant to eat at!!!!!. The curbside pickup that is advertised on the website is nonexistent!!! I placed an order for curbside pickup at 3:08. At the latest it was to be ready at 3:43. Well that neverhappened. I had to go in and the order still wasn 't ready!! After all that. I had to ask the poor young man that gave me thefood. If he could wipe the cups that had soda running down the sides. If I could get another bag bc the containers were layingon their side. The soup was spilling. The salsa was spilling in the bag.
