"Went to Chili’s today for Mother’s Day only because that’s what my kids wanted. I ordered a steak medium well and it was medium rare at best so I sent it back. It came back charred and still really red inside so I didn’t eat it and told the waitress it was still undercooked; she said sorry and made no offer to get it refunded. I didn’t eat any of my sides either because by the time she brought my plate back and didn’t reheat it they were super cold. Would not recommend eating here!"
