Chopstix - Carta

I have ordered from Chopstix several times, and the food has consistently been excellent. However, their online ordering system has some issues—it often malfunctions, either rejecting my orders or preventing me from placing them altogether.

I was rather disappointed with the food. Despite recommendations for some East Coast dishes, my experience fell short of expectations. The boneless spareribs were tough and nearly inedible, while the spring roll had a mushy interior. The fried rice was decent but nothing extraordinary. Overall, it wasn't terrible, but there are certainly better options in the area.

When we arrived about 20 minutes later, our food had just been freshly packed. The owner was wonderfully welcoming and attentive, carefully verifying each order to ensure everything was correct. He provided us with plates, napkins, chopsticks, and forks as we left. The meal was truly delightful! The Egg Foo Young, Orange Chicken, Lo Mein Noodles, Fried Rice, and Pork Pad Thai were all excellent. I highly recommend Chopstix!

While staying across the street at Sunset Station, we discovered Chopstix, a true gem within walking distance. The menu offers freshly prepared dishes served quickly and generously priced. We enjoyed the fried dumpling (potsticker) appetizer, the Three Delights plate, and beef lo mein. The meal was top-notch, complemented by friendly staff who speak several Chinese dialects—perfect if you want to practice your language skills. Chopstix is primarily a takeout spot, so their six tables use disposable plates, but that doesn’t diminish the quality. We will definitely be back!

After passing by this restaurant numerous times over the months while leaving the shopping center after my Walmart trips, my curiosity finally got the better of me, and I decided to stop in for a quick meal. I appreciated that their menu wasn't overly complicated for a Chinese restaurant; it includes all the classic dishes along with some interesting new options. I ordered a lunch plate to go, and even though the prices have gone up slightly, I felt the value was still great, and the food was exceptionally fresh. For such a serious health and sanitation mistake, I expected a better response, like having my order replaced or at least a refund so I could enjoy fresh, clean food. During our visit to Henderson, NV, after exploring Northern AZ Canyon Country, our family was craving Chinese food. We discovered Chopstix on Yelp, which had mostly positive reviews, so we decided to order takeout. The owner who answered the phone was very clear and friendly, making it easy to place a large order for four. About 20 minutes later, we arrived just as the food was being packed.
