"To make matters worse, our server didn’t give us even five minutes to settle in before repeatedly asking if we were ready to order. After he approached us for the third time in under ten minutes, we felt rushed and decided to place our order even though we hadn’t fully decided yet. Instead of being helpful, he just stood there staring at us while we tried to make up our minds. His impatience was frustrating, especially since I work in the service industry myself, and there was no need for that attitude, particularly with the restaurant not being busy. I ordered the mahi tacos, which were bland, while my partner had the beef cheese dip, which was also tasteless and overly greasy. We spent $39 on our meals and two drinks, and when it came time to pay, we tried to split the bill: $20 in cash and the rest on a card. The waiter took the card and left without acknowledging the cash. My partner had to chase him down to hand him the $20 and explain how we wanted to split the payment. Instead of doing that, the waiter kept the cash as a tip and charged the entire meal to the card. We weren’t tipping him; his service was far from acceptable, and we didn’t even receive any water while we figured out our order. Understandably frustrated, we had to ask him to process the payment correctly and refund us for the mishap. And just to clarify, there was no language barrier—my partner is fluent in Spanish, and the waiter spoke it perfectly. He was fully aware of what he was doing and had a dismissive attitude when we requested a corrected transaction. The overall experience was incredibly rude, with zero customer service. My partner is still waiting for a $60 refund. I would not recommend this restaurant for inauthentic Mexican food or their questionable billing practices."

"I would rate a solid 4.5 stars if I could. My wife and I have tried multiple things on the menu including pasta, burgers, sides, and appetizers. Most of the time the food is delicious. Our only issue is consistency. For example: sometimes the burger isextra well done, sometimes it is a good medium (always ordered the same medium). Sometimes the chicken in the pasta is tenderand sometimes it is chewy. Decent flavors for all of the dishes we have tried but you never know what you're gonna get. We'veeaten in the restaurant twice and both times the service was excellent. The waitresses were attentive and kind. In ourexperience, the food comes out fairly quickly and is hot. We've also ordered pick up multiple times online and the food isready when we arrive. Although, they can get very busy at dinner time (especially on Fridays) so there may be a slight wait topick up. Overall it is a great restaurant and we'd recommend it to anyone looking for a casual meal."

"Bought poki bowl two days in a row. The Staff are nice however for $18.50 large poki bowl and drink the portions are terrible and inconsistent. I actually received LESS fish/rice/toppings the second day I bought it.... I get it fish is expensive but rice is cheap. For that amount of money the portion should at least fill the bowl to the brim with rice, protein, topping.I'll go back to making them at home."

"This place is so cool. We decided to check out this place for lunch. It's has such relaxed vibe to it. It's super simple to use your phone to start your tab and they bring everything to your table. People check in on you and clear your table. The beer is delicious. Their salads are so yummy. I recommend the Bright Penny salad with shaved beef. Their pizza is so good too. We got the Mash potato pizza. Think a loaded mashed potato on pizza. Sounds weird, but it works! Oh my goodness...I have to talk about the deviled eggs. They offer a variety of deviled eggs and you can order flights of eggs. They were so damn good, y'all. You can eat indoors or choose from a seat out on the deck, or picnic table on the lawn, or a table in the beirgarten area. A super nice place to spend a Saturday afternoon. Check this place out."

"I don’t dine out often, but when I do, I seek high-quality food. For the past twenty years, I’ve been a patron of Martino’s, watching it evolve from a small family-run establishment in a quaint community to a bustling family operation in the same, slightly larger town. The food is outstanding. You really can’t go wrong with Boar’s Head meats and their homemade desserts. The atmosphere feels like a quality deli has been seamlessly transplanted from the north to a charming southern small town, and it works perfectly. Whenever we have visitors from out of town, I always make it a point to take them to Martino’s. People consistently leave impressed and eager to return. Even during peak times when the line stretches out the door, I don’t mind waiting—it’s worth it. The only downside is that since it’s a family business, they aren’t open at times when I wish they were. I don’t understand why people think they should get to see their families or get some rest. What are they thinking? I might just need an emergency roast beef sandwich with garlic knots on the side!"
