We have always loved Circa, especially for special occasions. I was not as thrilled with the new menu. I guess it's been a while since we were in last. I miss the sushi roll.

Fantastic downtown location with an intriguing history behind the building. The food is absolutely outstanding! I had some of the best mussels I've ever tasted, and the scallops were cooked to perfection. Our waitress, Courtney, provided us with excellent recommendations.

I celebrated my birthday here last night, and it was truly exceptional! Michael, our server, was fantastic, and the food was out of this world. The Poke Bombs are to die for! The mussels were cooked perfectly, and the salmon is a must-try. We will definitely return the next time we’re in town.

The food was good, but nothing to write home about. We walked in with high hopes based on all the good reviews, but ultimately left feeling it was nothing special. The architecture of the building, along with the atmosphere and ambiance, was stunning! The addition of a piano player was a delightful touch. The service was outstanding, and the food was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced! The cauliflower and spring rolls were exceptional! The filet, flounder, and chicken were also top-notch! I highly recommend this place!

Fantastic food, service, and atmosphere. We're from Asheville, and this place compares with the best we have—easily on par with Vivian's and Jargon. The cocktails were impressive, and the oysters were presented perfectly. A tip for fellow diners: just add a touch of their house-made hot sauce to your oyster—it's the spiciest I’ve ever tasted. Chef, the heirloom tomato and burrata appetizer needs to stay on the menu for the entire season—it's amazing. We had a wonderful evening enjoying your dishes and will definitely return when we're in town!

First time in Wilmington, and we wanted to go to a nice restaurant to celebrate a birthday, and Circa 1922 was exactly what we were looking for! We were in a back booth, so it was cozy and romantic, and the piano playing was wonderful, but not overly loud. Our service was outstanding, and our server was attentive but not overbearing, knowledgeable, and friendly. We decided on a bottle of champagne, and our server did a great job with this! Food was exceptional--we had the shrimp and pork spring rolls appetizer--delicious! I had the shrimp ceviche cold tapas, I really liked it and loved the marinade. My boyfriend had the filet and said it was one of the best he's ever had. We will definitely... Ver carta
