"This was my second visit, and it definitely won’t be my last. I ordered the jerk chicken dinner, which came with mac and cheese and collard greens, and I also tried a beef patty. Everything was fantastic, except for the mac and cheese—it was just okay. I have high standards for mac and cheese since mine is amazing, so it’s tough for me to find any that measures up when I'm eating out. The portion sizes were generous, and I even had enough left over for lunch the next day. As for the rum punch? Wow! I had to pace myself, and I usually don’t have a low tolerance for alcohol. Overall, it’s an excellent place for authentic, reasonably priced Jamaican food, drinks, and great music."

The best Caribbean restaurant in the area. The oxtails and goat soup are incredible. You get great value for your money. Dine in and enjoy some drinks—see for yourself!

The atmosphere is fantastic! Picture a place where cheerful adults enjoy playing cards and pool while unwinding together. The drinks were pleasant, but sadly, the food fell short of expectations. It was overcooked to the point of tasting burnt.

I ordered oxtails, jerk chicken, and stewed chicken, but sadly, none of the dishes had any flavor. The cabbage was tasteless, the gravy was bland, and the mac and cheese was disappointing. I’m quite let down, especially after spending $50 and waiting an hour for my meal. The bartender who took my order appeared overwhelmed but was doing her best to handle the situation, so I’d give her 4 stars. However, I can’t recommend the food at this restaurant.

There’s ample parking available on a dirt road. Clifton's Jamrock serves as both a bar and a restaurant, making it an ideal place to enjoy a drink. I visited on a Saturday evening around 8 PM and ordered the jerk chicken with rice and peas, yams, and macaroni. The rice was slightly dry and not very warm, but the chicken was excellent, accompanied by a side sauce. The candy yams were sweet and flavorful, while the macaroni was fairly average. Overall, at around $12 after tax, it offered great value!
