Coffee Connection Woonsocket

Bagels were super fresh soft the variety of delicious drinks was phenomenal pastries were also terrific!

Friendly service, great coffee, wraps, and breakfast sandwiches. Always busy when I go, but worth the wait.

The food and coffee is my favorite in Woonsocket but my mind is boggled why there is no food prep to make the line much faster. They should def precook the bacon to make the sandwiches faster. Lots of diners do. I just wanted coffee but was stuck in the drive-thru. Hopefully they will figure it out bc it’s the only decent coffee place I’ve found.

This place loves to waste your time. They just close whenever they want to. Went there at noon on a Sunday and it was closed. Google says they’re open until 2. Also, ordered on DoorDash one time and it took over 2 hours. I live 5 minutes away. I would have picked it up myself but for some reason, that’s not an option. Food is good but the service is trash.

I really like the coffee so I usually don't mind the wait. But I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes for one coffee today, and upon driving away and tasting it, very disappointed. I've worked at a few coffee places and have been struggling to think of a reason it's a 10-15 wait in the drive-thru every time. I understand sandwiches and more complicated drinks can be ordered by others to make it take longer, but again, none of those, even all combined, should translate to this long of a wait for customers. What a shame this place has gone so downhill. They have the protein shakes on the menu for the drive through, but they don’t serve them at the drive through… okie dokie. Go inside to order, after a few people put in their orders I had to wait for the servers to get caught up. Okie dokie. Then the cockroach walked by the front of the pastry window. That’s when I walked out. Will not be going back to this coffee connection again. It’s worth driving to somewhere cleaner with better service. Hope they get their act together, they used to be a great spot.

I LOVE the banana chocolate Protein shake/Stiff Jab, I tried other smoothies/coffees/shakes, but this is my FAVORITE!! I lived in woonsocket for 26 years and didn't know about this place, I also like staying home lol love door dash and all the awesome places I've found since using it.. Coffee Connection is definitely one of my top 2 favorites..my husband tried thr Buffalo chicken wrap and he does not like ranch but took a chance anyways, and he LOVED it and he is extremely picky and always has something bad to say about everything he orders, but he loved this one, he was super surprised at how big the wrap was too! 100% Recommend

Always have an issue with this restaurant. When ordering on DoorDash today was the last straw. Instead of refunding my item, they substituted with something else that was absolutely disgusting. Coffee is always watered down or overly sweet. It does not give you an option to specifically make it the way you would like. And the wait time for delivery, don't even get me started with that.... absolutely ridiculous. And when you call the store to inquire about it, they are nothing but rude. Also, as I can see while I am reading through the rest of these reviews, I am not the only one that thinks they are completely rude and unprofessional spent over $60 through DoorDash on them in the past month...
