"The owner of this location is something else. First their prices are not in line with Cold Stone. My order at this location for two items was $21.25 l, $4.20 higher than other Cold Stone's. For example last week my sister and I went to cold stone in Newport Beach and ordered the same two items and it was $17.25. Additional this fountain Valley location is refusing to let customer have any samples! Durning Covid customers understand but that's pretty much over now. I will not visit this location ever again!"

Yikes very not giving... staff was okay but under serve a lot !!!!!! For the cost it's pretty bad. I've been to plenty of cold stones and they serve to the very top. The place was a little crowded but still not exception for the cost...

Don't go to this location, came in with friends and after checking my bank statements it shows they over charged me $10 . When calling to ask about the extra they had charged me they said I left them a $10 tip when it didn't even give me an option to tip. Ver carta

I visited the restaurant with my kids, and I can't praise the staff enough for their patience and kindness. They listened to the kids and even offered them samples. We truly felt at home during our visit. Thank you for the wonderful service! We also purchased a unicorn birthday cake for my daughter, and we really appreciated the complimentary candles. Thank you once again!

I had a terrible experience at Cold Stone Creamery in Fountain Valley on July 18, 2023. After I ordered and paid for an ice cream for my daughter, I noticed an advertisement in the store promoting a sample of Barbie Pink Cotton Candy. When I asked for a sample after making a purchase, the girl who rang me up told me, "We don’t give out samples." Really?! The ad clearly states that you do! I even pointed that out to her.
