The ice cream at this restaurant is some of the best I have ever tasted.

Atmosphere: I also give it a 5 out of 5. The restaurant had a cozy and inviting ambiance with dim lighting and comfortable seating. It was the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing meal.

The ice cream at this restaurant is absolutely amazing. It's just as good as Luigia's. If you're on the east side and don't want to travel all the way to the west side, Cold Stone is a great alternative. Ver carta

Placed a birthday ice cream cake for delivery. It was the easiest process I’ve ever used. The cake was amazing, they followed all my instructions and it was delivered when it said it would be. 10/10 will use again

My husband and I stopped for milk shakes. I ordered a vanilla and my husband ordered chocolate. We asked for extra thick. The young lady who waited on us provided us with exactly what we wanted. She took time to ensure they were extra thick! She did not make us feel our request was unreasonable. It was apparent that she wanted us to be happy with them. She was very friendly and personable. The shakes were EXTRA thick and very tasty! They made our evening. Would definitely go back!

edit: I tried again tonight and got a apple was very fast and easy. Just go to the chocolate counter and they will help them get a apple. Thanks. cold stone, because you helped me. they have great ice and caramel! any other coldstone I had (utah, kansas, arizona, maybe more) have occasionally made sales (buy 2 get 1 on apple or something). I asked about sales like this and the employee said: "No, these owners do not sell or anything." it is worth noting that their apples are not very consistent. some get many toppings and some not. the personal is always very nice. in the round they have good products, but they do not sell what I can see. My husband's birthday celebration was this past Sunday. We were excited to have an ice cream bar to celebrate. People came for the football game and to make Sundaes. I drove 32 minutes to get the ice cream pack. When I got home I realized that I was only given enough toppings for maybe 5 ice creams. The pack was for 20-25 people. I called the store 2 times to talk with a manager and was told they would call in an hour. Randomly my daughter had a party 4 minutes away. Received the most rudest, unprofessional, maybe even racist experience here with my son just wanted to take him to get some good ice cream the young lady slapped my love it on the counter spilling out the top and said nothing that was the end of it. Ordered a 3 pint tub of ice cream for my birthday last week of June and had 6 toppings to choose from and had several issues with this $30+ order. A couple toppings missing, missing (2) chocolate dipped waffle bowls, and ice cream was basically melted and did not seem to have 3 apple pie toppings. Everything was minimal compared to other times. Called and spoke with a girl named Danni who sounded confused as to what they could or should do to remedy this.
