Wonderful store in a good location. Staff are professional and everyone is excellent. Clean throughout and of course the ice cream is amazing. So many choices so many options. They follow all safety protocols.

They've the best creamiest ice cream ever!!! The flavors are bursting with such excellence the service is always friendly accommodating. The prices are somewhat expensive but U get what U pay for. Yum yum ????

Delicious ice cream. I usually get a simple vanilla ice cream with blows and honestly said the smallest size is more than enough ice for me. Workers are not so friendly, but service is quite fast. Nice place to meet these sweet tooth rings. Ver carta

Terrible place. Staff never knows what they’re doing. They have over charged me before and given me the wrong order. Just today I ordered a “love it size” and ended up receiving a “like it” but was charged for the “love it.” Don’t recommend this location.

Twice we ordered online and twice they messed up the order. The first time was July 23rd when we ordered 2 in the Like it Size and 2 in the Love it size but received all four items in the Like it size only. Second was September 2 when one of the orders (Apple Pie a la Cold Stone) didn?t have ANY pie crust (French Vanilla Ice Cream with Cinnamon, Graham Cracker Pie Crust, Apple Pie Filling and Caramel). Never ordering from this store again Ver carta

Horrible customer service. We came an hour before closing and they told us the store was closed, even though there were people inside and one guy even managed to enter to get something and leave. Apparently the lady had an issue with US specifically, even though we were wearing masks. Point is, don’t waste your time and money on a place like this with mediocre ice cream Btw it’s really expensive, not sure why, considering the place is in queens..

My husband and I went here to get ice cream for 4. Daniel S. was our server he was curt, non-responsive and paid little attention to detail such as the rotten strawberries that he tried adding to one of our orders. In addition, when fixing another order, he sprinkled a few almonds and when I asked for a little more, he gave just that a few additional but then tried charging me for an additional mix-in. After requesting a refund I realize the quality of service has plummeted at this location and I will certainly go to a different location next time because this one has fallen off tremendously.

On Saturday, September 4th, 2021 at around 5.30 pmI and my 2 kids went into that store for the first time.So we asked for prices, one of the servers just pointed at the wall behind him to show us the price without saying anything even no greeting, nothing.As it was our first time to order there, we kind off took our time to decide what we’d have, that particular worker “Lance “ I guess was his name gave us a very bad attitude, he looked impatient with usWhen we finally get served we didn’t get what what asked for, not only he forgot to add peanut butter cream but also was mad when we asked him to fix that mistake, he threw the cone in the garbage with such an attitude instead of just adding...
