Love Coldstone and especially love this location. So convenient, always clean, seems well run. Mostly I love the ice cream!! You just can’t beat it!

I tried the birthday cake remix in a medium size. The staff was very kind. The flavor was decent, but I think it might be too sweet and large for tourists. A medium size here in the U.S. would be considered an XXL size in Europe. Keep that in mind when ordering any food or drinks!

You can always count on the quality of Cold Stone ice cream, although it may feel a bit expensive compared to other ice cream shops. I believe the organization could be improved in some basic areas, such as providing thinner pens for signing receipts and ensuring that napkin supplies are consistently filled. Ver carta

spent 25 minutes in their business in evanston. no one has looked so much at us – there was no line. as a line formed behind us and we asked if one of the three participants would take an order, said the, we said they had no command. about eight customers went out without order. oh, and it smells like breaking at one end of the counter.

Can I give this place zero stars? It's awful. They mix up orders, get sizes wrong, and frequently run out of items. I walked into a completely empty restaurant and had to wait for an employee who eventually returned from Target across the street. What is going on? I thought mixing candy into ice cream would be simple, but I guess I was mistaken. Save yourself the trouble and don't go here.

I wish I could give a higher rating. We visited around 8:30/9 PM and they had run out of strawberries and apple pie filling. The staff was friendly, but the wait was long. The store is quite small, so it wasn’t very pleasant waiting with a lot of other people inside. The ice cream was decent, especially since they were missing key ingredients, but by the time it was ready, it was more like soup. We came in on 08/20/22 at 9PM. There were two black males working and one Asian female working (description for the reference of management). The line had a good 10 people in it, yet the female employee was the ONLY person taking orders, making the ice cream, and checking out customers. It is incredibly sad to see that the other two were just standing around with their with headphones in eating the toppings and pretending to clean while they allowed her to take on the role of three people. They should be ashamed and fired.

This establishment is facing significant management problems. On previous visits, I've found the store completely deserted. After waiting for several minutes, an employee eventually walked in with a Target bag and silently went behind the counter. My latest experience involved a delivery I placed a few days ago, which was particularly disappointing. I received far less ice cream than I ordered—one item was a whole size smaller and not even filled properly—and all the mix-ins were incorrect. When I attempted to call the store to address the issue, no one picked up. I called several times, but I didn't even reach voicemail, let alone get a response. very bad customer service. hours are listed on the door and online. the place should be open at 11 o'clock, was there at 11:05. when I tried to open the door, she was locked and a hired came out and said they were not completely open.
