"I made reservations for my wife’s bday. We were sat next to the windows and it was COLD! So we asked to sit at a table inward from the window wall. The food was very good. The house wine was quite tasty, my wife expressed. The pretzel bread was very good! The bruschetta was fantastic! I had the bbq ranch chicken salad and it was a 9.5/10. Would order again without any hesitation (although hopefully the chicken is warm next time, as mine was ice cold like the rest of the salad). My wife enjoyed her dinner, and the complementary truffles for the birthday celebration. The truffles are very rich, but tasty. Take aways; the service was a tad slow, even at 5pm when it was dead. The cold was a turn off. If it’s cold outside, keep the inside temperate, no one wants to dine with a coat on. The food was very tasty and worth the price. The wine was good and the menu explains what food pairs well with. Stylish restaurant, for special occasion."

The service and food/wine were fantastic; however, the ladies seated next to us were excessively loud and disruptive.

We love Cooper's Hawk! It’s a fantastic place with delicious food and excellent wine. However, during our most recent visit, my Mahi Mahi was dry, as if it had been sitting out. The toppings were also scattered. While I was a bit disappointed with my meal this time, I definitely won’t be deterred from dining there again!

Food outstanding and service was exceptional! John our server was very attentive and described items on the menu and also wine. It was our anniversary and John bought us champagne which was great. We even bought that same champagne for our next celebration. Definitely be back. Highly recommend reservations as they are very busy. Ver carta

This place hasn’t disappointed us yet. The service was great, he was very good at explaining what wine would pair with what meals. We got the drunken shrimp and over the border egg rolls for an appetizer and they were both delicious!! There were 4 of us and all of our meals, were incredible. The gnocchi carbonara is creamy and gnocchi is cooked excellent. The pretzel crusted pork chop is probably one of our favorite dishes here. It never disappoints. We will definitely be back to try more on the menu!

Tried Cooper’s Hawk for the first time last night because it was my birthday, and because I was gifted cards to enjoy free entree’s and wine. This establishment is far classier than I usually attend, so I was nervous about dining here but our waitress was patient, kind, and understanding which really put me at ease. The food was outstanding and the wine was so delicious, I asked for a bottle. This establishment is out of my price range typically, but it’s not so out of range that I wouldn’t come back. In fact, I’ve already recommended it to friends and absolutely see myself coming back (hopefully soon) as a treat. Thank you so much to the staff for making my birthday dinner so memorable!

"Date night Saturday night. Our reservation was for 7pm, but we were falling asleep, so luckily they were able to accommodate at 6:15. : Only a few tables were occupied. Tall ceilings, nice ambiance, would have maybe liked some additional lighting such as candle light (or faux candle light . The weather outside was lovely and they opened the doors which gave way to French doors with iron railing. they were pretty! Our server mentions that the menu changes pretty frequently so we may not see on the menu what we read online. Fine by me, as you know from my reviews, I 'm always up for a food adventure. I had a gin based cocktail which tasted balanced. Spring Mushroom Mousseline, Pistachio and Drunken Fruit with Date Pecan bread. Mousseline served in a glass votive like ramekin (much like you 'd see foie , was tasty, creamy, albeit a little gritty from the pistachios. The bread came like a small loaf, almost precut (could have been sliced all the way through , with macerated cherry/cranberry compote. For a vegetarian option like foie, we were pleased and ate the entire portion. Scotch Olives with Saffron Aioli. These olives were HOT. No joke. A bit of, could you please blow on this before I burn my tongue? But, they were briny on the inside, with a perfectly coated fried crunch outside, and so yum once the heat dissipated. Nice touch on the aioli. Only 4 of them unfortunately... that 's 2.25 each! Rosemary Grilled Lamb Chops with Seedy Broccolini Salad with Cherries. Wood grilled carrots and pomegranate molasses. $39. Nice presentation. Crunchy but soft carrots, broccolini cooked perfectly. Seemed a bit on the small side as far as meat goes. Two double lollipops. Cooked perfect, and beautiful gamey taste, just not too much bang for the buck. Grilled Sturgeon, warm rice salad, fiddlehead ferns, snap peas. Not a fan of the glaze ontop, the fish portion was fine, but lackluster. I 'm a huge sucker for fiddlehead ferns, and I also know that they can be overcooked within seconds, which these were just slightly overcooked, lacked the snap in your teeth you get from a bright green cooked correctly one. Oh well. With everything in one bite, it was good, just not amazing. We shared the Mexican hot chocolate warm brownie/cake in a cup. The foam was nice, but the inside really reminded me of a fudgy cake you can buy in the grocery store, add water, and nuke in the microwave. Next time, happy to go back just for drinks and apps. Skip the more expensive main courses on their menu."
