We recently celebrated my daughter's birthday dinner at this restaurant and our waitress was fantastic. They even sang a sweet birthday song for my daughter and we absolutely adore this place. Ver carta

When in the Tri Cities area, we often choose this place to eat. I like the menu and the unique building interior. You can depend on Cousins for a decent meal at a moderate price. Don't be in a big hurry though.

especially grateful for the manager who made our visit for valentines tagesspecial. they were very busy, but he came through to get out early enough to get my man back to work as he was called unexpectedly. the roses and chocolates were above the top.

This restaurant is a perfect spot for a family dinner that I fondly remember from my childhood. The food was delicious, especially the Caesar salad stuffed with bark. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and we enjoyed our meal in the bar which had open seating. The service was excellent. Ver carta

Initially, we were not impressed with our experience at this restaurant. We entered and waited to be seated, but no one assisted us. Ultimately, we decided to sit at the bar instead and it turned out to be a great decision. The bartender completely changed our initial negative impression and made our experience enjoyable.

This place was a little different compared to the other restaurants. They sold different nicknacks and jewelry in the front while your waiting to get seated. I found it was interest looking at these items while we waited to get seated. Food was good nothing out of the ordinary when it came to flavor. The pancake it self was huge so it was a good portion. Service there was ok for as busy as it was. Price wise is comparable to IHOP or similar places.

The drinks are flavorful but pricey for the size. Not busy at all, less than 10 customers. However, 10 minute drink order and a 20 for ticket. Cold soup, under cooked and burnt food finalized by being charged for food we never received. Dirty bathrooms, dining area and service. When asked to speak with manager was told that there was no manager there but we could leave our comments on a card. Wasn't offered any form of compensation, ended up paying for the bill in full regardless. ? ? ? Will I return, HELL NO! Would I recommend this location to others, HELL NO unless they sold it to another owner. Ver carta
