Cracker Barrel - Carta

First time here to this particular location this is a very outdated smaller store and gift shop area waited about 10 minutes for a table service was fabulous our waitress was so friendly helpful and our food was excellent definitely recommend thisrestaurant establishment.

Pretty much just another Cracker barrel. Consistent good food, good service, long wait time to get to a table and for the food to be served. It's just what to expect from CB. Prices are up sharply like most other places. Eating out is going to become aspecial occasion only soon.

Delicious! I had southern fried chicken, macaroni and cheese, green beans and loaded tater tot casserole. Yum! ? The only suggestion I have is a crumble or browned top layer of cheese would take that mac n cheese to the next level. Waitress Stephanie was awesome, checked on us continuously. Terrible service, dirty tables, rude staff, and cold food. My wife and I ended up leaving and won't be coming back. This is by far the worst Cracker Barrel I've ever visited. If you're looking for a pleasant dining experience, I recommend avoiding this location. I gave it one star, but that was only because the website required a rating.

Thanksgiving dinner with the family was fantastic! Despite having to wait, it was not a problem at all. We arrived at 1:30 PM during the lunch rush, but we were seated and served comfortably and efficiently. The service was excellent, and we were on our way to catch the big game by 3 PM. The staff was wonderful! Overall, it was a lovely holiday experience.

Food was good and the prices were actually decent for what we got! I had Mommas French Toast and it was quite delicious. It was severely lacking cinnamon, however. I also wouldn 't recommend the chicken-fried-chicken. It tasted a bit odd itself, but the homestyle gravy was its only redeeming quality that made it bearable. I rated this restaurant 4 stars out of goodwill because I truly love Cracker Barrel. However, in recent months, they would only deserve a 2 at most. The older lady who manages the register has been consistently rude during every visit I've made in the past few months. When I think of Cracker Barrel and the country store, I envision kind and friendly staff, and she certainly does not embody the Cracker Barrel brand. If you don't like interacting with the public, you shouldn't work in a public-facing role! I haven't eaten there since my last visit. Management really needs to address this issue.

I worked at cracker barrel about 7 years ago at a location in Florida. The corporation prides itself on great customer service and a great family atmosphere. It?s a shame that they differ so much at different locations. I brought my family here in spartanburg this past Sunday for breakfast. we were looking forward to a great breakfast! Unfortunately that wasn?t the case. For one, they changed their menu and portion sizes significantly. The service was SLOW. We had to ask the waitress manager multiple times to bring ONE biscuit for our 18 month old daughter so she could have something to eat while waiting for her breakfast. Would it kill the manager to smile? He was not very friendly at all,...

Updating my review: The owner reached out and made things right by offering a complimentary meal for two, which I truly appreciated. It’s nice to see a business take responsibility and address issues directly. I didn't expect such attentive service, but the owner clearly values customer satisfaction. This was my second time ordering from this restaurant; my first experience was disappointing due to the poor food quality last week. I decided to give it another shot tonight, hoping the rock-hard Coca-Cola cake was just a one-off mistake. Unfortunately, I received sweet tea instead of lemonade, and my order was missing two items.
