Great customer service from Aaron and the food was actually good except for the country ham it was way too salted

Always great food and friendly service. There is still a dirt lot next door with room for two big trucks. Thank Goodness!!! It feels great to getaway from the truck stop for an awesome 30 minute Break.

It was good. I just wish Cracker Barrel with quick cutting corners. I don't want steak tips instead of steak. I don't want little chicken fingers instead of Chicken Fried chicken with My breakfast. I recently enjoyed a takeout dinner from this restaurant, and it was a great experience overall. Priced between $10 and $20 per person, the meal was exceptional, earning a solid 5 for the food. The flavors were fantastic and everything was cooked to perfection. Service was also commendable, giving it a rating of 4, as the staff were friendly and efficient. Last night we had a large order which we paid for with a card online. When we got our order they charged us again for the same food. I assumed they had not charged my card yet so I paid again. THEN, I got home with the food to find that the order was all wrong. All orders, except the breakfast order (which had soggy eggs), was horribly wrong. The grilled chicken was burned, all orders had corn, which was not ordered by anyone. The mashed potatoes were watery plus one had a fried apple slice in it. It will be a long time before I eat at Cracker Barrel again.

We met our grandsons at Cracker Barrel before they go to Birmingham to catch their plane to go home to San Antonio TX. We love eating at Cracker Barrel. The staff is always friendly and making sure we have everything we need. Today is turkey and dressing with sweet potato casserole , cranberry sauce, fried apples, and biscuits! It was sooo good! Our grandsons always order a big breakfast with pancakes, ham, sausage, gravy n biscuits and eggs. My step son ordered pancakes with cheesecake and strawberries! That was awesome!
