"The experience at this restaurant was overall good and has become a go-to spot for my family's birthday celebrations. However, our table was located next to a glass wine display case that was cluttered with various items such as bottles, an open empty box, misplaced glassware, trash, a stroller, and was noticeably dusty and dirty. This display case was in a prominent location with tables surrounding it and a main walkway nearby, but it seemed to be functioning more as a storage closet rather than a well-maintained showcase in a higher-end restaurant. It was disappointing to spend $300 on a meal when the management appeared to neglect such obvious presentation details and lacked pride in the appearance of their establishment. It would be beneficial for the management to dedicate some time to proper tidying up and ensure that the restaurant's atmosphere reflects the quality of the food and service provided."

There wasn’t enough options for the buffet. I didn’t think the food that they had was good especially for the price. I have no intentions on dinning there for another buffet!

We have been to Crave many times and it has always been great. Last night was horrible, the food was terrible, overcooked, had to send it back. And the service was SO slow and it wasn’t even busy for a Saturday night! I won’t be back.

We had an outstanding experience at Crave. The ambiance was enjoyable - a little loud initially but it quieted down during our meal. We each ordered something different from the menu and were all satisfied with our choices. The menu offers a wide variety of options. Our server, Noah, was wonderful. Went for Mother’s Day brunch. The food was great. Service was okay. They charged me $20 for my 1yr old daughter for the brunch buffet….i was very surprised by that. They also added my 1 year old old daughter as the 8th person in our group so they added gratuity onto the bill of 20%. I’m always a 20% tipper but not on brunch buffet when the servers don’t do much. And I had to keep asking for coffee refills. Won’t be going back for brunch again.

My husband and I both ordered steaks. They were very good sized and cooked exactly the way we wanted them. We had enough to take home for a complete meal the next day. The one thing I noticed, having not been to Crave for several months, was that the attire worn by many diners has gotten extremely casual, like what you would wear to a fast-food restaurant. Baseball caps, short shorts, flip flops, tee shirts, etc. I used to think that Crave was a place where one might dress a bit nicer, especially on a Saturday night. Guess not!
