Soggy fries, I’ve tried again and again, I ask for well done crispy fries and I always get soggy fries. This was my last time! The oil clearly needs to be changed, the chicken is cut so random and weird! Done Ver carta

This is one of the best chicken restaurants in Ocala. I and my family love the food. I can't forget the sweetie. The tea is by far the best tea I had from any restaurant. If I say a good tea, forget to have it. Customer support is friendly and professional. I highly recommend it.

Here now waiting on food was told lobby was closed at 7:30 pm lady on phone said she couldn’t hear despite the background noise of their kitchen watched her walk in in kitchen from drive thru towards the noise ended up ordering from window the quality and customer service is so downhill this is my last visit not a good look or reprentation of Morris and Trish’s dream very disappointed

Food was amazing, we went to the Ocala location. The lobby wasn't open so you have to call ahead of time and pick up your order in the drive thru, we waited about 30 minutes at the store. Only thing I didn't like is that we ordered at 5:29 and was told special's stopped at 5:30, so we didn't get as many wing's as we had planned. We paid $50 dollar's for 30 wing's and two sides and tipped $5 dollars.

I've been going to crunchies and munchies since a child they were off 14th street. I cannot believe the customer service I got today! They forgot to give me a drink with my lunch combo so I called back right away to let them know by then I was on baseline, the person I spoke with on the phone was rude and also told me I should have said something so I told her that was her job to give me my drink, she hung up on me. I will not be going back to the one on 36st street and may not spent my money there again at all. I am so disappointed with the Customer service I received ????instead of her taking my name like the gentleman did when I called back she blamed me the customer for not reminding her... Ver carta
