"Douglass is my top destination for candy in the Wildwoods! The scents are simply unmatched! I just returned from my latest vacation, and of course, I had to bring home a selection of Douglass’ sweets! Their saltwater taffy is unbeatable! The delightful aromas are present right at the shop. You can choose between the classic long rolls or the smaller bites. They offer both traditional flavors and creamy mint options! It’s almost sinful how good it is, haha! This time, I also took home a pumpkin cake from the tincake pan, and it is absolutely amazing! I can actually taste real bits of pumpkin in the fudge! The flavor is extraordinary—so smooth and creamy. If you don’t try it, you’re truly missing out! Make sure to include Douglass in your plans when you’re in town. You won't regret it!"

"I was just in Wildwood with my family two weeks ago. After driving by Sol and seeing how nice it looked on the outside, we decided to go for dinner. Sol did not disappoint. The atmosphere and decor as soon as you walk in was the first thing that caught my eye. The staff was very pleasant and our waitress, Jess, was phenomenal. She answered all of our menu questions and made some recommendations. The food was excellent! We had the beef empanadas and tostones de ropa vieja as appetizers both so yummy! I ordered the Ribeye (Delicious , my family ordered the Brazilian Salmon and Sol Burger (also equally delicious . The only thing I am bummed about is that we did not take pictures of the food because that's how hungry we were. Jess, also made my Dad a cappuccino that he raved about. A big thank you to Jess, Kelvin, the general manager, (for his morning bakery suggestion as well and the entire staff! Looking forward to visiting Sol in the future on our next getaway to Wildwood!"

"With a pasta place on every corner in Wildwood (some open year round others only in season) and with the season winding down we wanted to try something different. We found it in the wonderfully eclectic and kewl vibe of Jersey Girl. The Mediterranean fare is on point and while the traditional seasonal plates like the watermelon goat cheese and mint salad shouldn 't be missed my advice is to stick with the steak style fish cuts. We sampled the swordfish and the tuna and BOTH were amazing. Cooked perfectly and served with the proper amount of portion and price. If you 're looking to change up the game from another RED GRAVY joint check out JERSEY GIRL for a very pleasant surprise."

"Awesome place that my husband and I just tried for the first time...wish we would have found it sooner! Relaxed, comfortable and very friendly atmosphere. We were greeted warmly by the gentleman at the front counter (sorry didn't catch his name) and then we met our server Jackie. She was upbeat and helpful. The food did not disappoint either! My husband had the Cajun omelet and I had the Key West Benedict with fresh fruit. Delicious and will be back again!"
