Cue Barbecue - Carta

I went to have a late lunch here. The dining area was quiet with only a few tables occupied. There was no hostess at the front, so we seated ourselves. After fifteen minutes, a waitress finally greeted us and took our order. We ordered brisket sandwiches, but unfortunately, the brisket was tough and lacked flavor.

First time trying this place with my family, even though I thought that the brisket was on the dry side and the barbecue sauce wasn’t as sweet as I would personally like. The ribs and all the fix-ins were absolutely delicious and made up for what I didn’t love!The fried okra and the butternut squash was seasoned to perfection!

Mid Barbecue. It's alright if you're looking for something in the area, but i wouldn't come here looking for fantastic bbq. Not as flavorful as I was hoping it would be. Don't see myself coming back here. I got the pulled pork plate and had to drown it in bbq for it to actually taste decent. If you don't like seasoned bbq, come here. Ver carta

Came in here since tonight was their grand reopening Love the new look of the place under the new management. Not as cluttered and very nicely decorated. We ordered the combo fried okra and onion straws for a starter and the fried okra is amazing!! The best I have had in a long time. Got the chopped brisket, Mac n cheese and collards. Highly recommend going here you won't be disappointed.

I went to 'Cue BBQ in Buford with Tommy Edwards for #DateNight on Wednesday. It's a cozy little spot tucked away off Buford Drive, just past the Mall of Georgia. We both ordered a variety of dishes and everything was delicious. We finished off our meal with the amazing homemade peach cobbler topped with ice cream. It was absolutely fantastic. Although I'm sad that the Lawrenceville location is closed, I will definitely be making the drive to Buford to dine at this wonderful spot again.

Cute little restaurant. BBQ nachos were delicious and pulled pork was super yummy. I love their signature bbq it has a great flavor, definitely one of my favorite bbqs. Potato salad tasted off I think someone messed up when making it, let the server know and she offered to get us something else, Victoria was great. She was super nice and friendly and made us feel comfortable right away, speed of service was great as well, she was really attentive. Drew also stopped by after the potato salad incident and apologized and had a good laugh with us, it was nice to have the manager stop by and show concern. I'm a big fan. The okra is excellent! The Chipotle ranch is as well. The sides are exceptional. The two slaws, the baked beans, the Mac n cheese are very good but the Brunswick stew is lights out. It's as close to what I grew up eating in NC. Now to the meats. They are all wonderful. I'm a huge smoked pork fan being from NC but may have to give the nod to the brisket and the ribs. Regardless you won't go wrong. And I speak this as a discerning smoker of meats. And if you don't smoke meats please withhold your uninformed review, it's tough. Great food and service! Visited for the first time today and this place checked all the boxes! They have a selection of standard beers and unique local beers on draft, as well as other drink options. The food choices are excellent and everything was delicious make sure to save room for desert, which is hard because the food portions are huge. Everything is super fresh and they even make their own breads. We had the chicken salad, beef brisket, squash, brunswick stew, and peach cobbler and everything was A+ for taste. Side salad - This was my favorite with a delicious ranch dressing, big croutons, eggs, cucumber, and shredded carrots (I asked for no onion and tomatoes). Smoked wings - JA enjoyed them, but I found them too spicy, almost like hot wings. The Texas toast didn't taste very buttery but had a nice crunch. Macaroni - JA thought it was just okay, but not bad. Sweet potatoes - JA liked them, but I found them too sweet, even with the addition of pie crust, which is my preferred way to eat sweet potatoes.
