I've visited this restaurant several times, including a few call-ahead orders. The staff has always been incredibly friendly, and the food is surprisingly good for fast food.

Culver's in Baxter is fantastic! We dine there frequently, and both the service and food are top-notch. The restaurant is clean and well-managed. I really don’t get the negative reviews; some people just seem to enjoy complaining!

I've consistently had issues with my drive-thru orders at this restaurant. They often mess up my sandwiches by leaving out items, and I'm frequently missing fries or other sides. When I attempt to call and voice my complaints, they never pick up the phone. Ver carta

Absolutely ridiculous! I ordered a salad with grilled chicken, two cheese curds, two bacon cheeseburgers, and two concrete mixers. It took 32 minutes to fulfill the order, and they shorted us one cheese curd. To make matters worse, another customer requested a refund, but they refused her.

The staff appeared to be uncertain about what to do without specific instructions. There was only one cashier handling a long line of customers, while several food runners were just standing idly. I had to ask several times for our order of large fries, even though others who ordered after us had already received their meals.

It's Culvers! You can count on the typical experience you'd expect from a good fast food restaurant. The quality and service are reliably consistent. We don't frequent fast food places much and usually try to steer clear, but Culvers is one we’re willing to visit when we're in a hurry. To avoid any mistakes, I asked the server to input the Crazy for Cookie Dough mixer directly rather than doing the toppings separately. She assured me she knew exactly what went into that specialty mixer. After waiting for a while, a different server brought me what he described as "your caramel whatever." At this point, I regretted not speaking up and holding up those behind me, but I honestly thought Culver’s couldn't screw my order up again. Unfortunately, they did. What I received was a caramel mixer with just two small pieces of Snickers—no cookie dough, no chocolate pieces, just two tiny pieces of Snickers.
