"My husband recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at Culver's in Fort Atkinson. He ordered a salad, while Kora ordered a meal. When they brought the order to the car, they had completely forgotten his salad. The runner went back inside to fix the issue, and a few minutes later, someone else came out and asked if he hadn’t received his salad. Then the manager came out and offered to make a new salad for my husband—at a discount! But why should he have to pay for something he already ordered and didn’t receive? This experience has left us very disappointed, and we will never return to this location. I sincerely hope others consider avoiding it as well. The customer service was extremely poor!"

I took my Great Dane to Culver's to celebrate her 10th birthday, and the experience was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and even brought water for her while serving us our food.
