"I had a surprise 30th birthday party on 12/14/24 for my son. Sal and the staff were so amazing and friendly and made sure everyone was happy. The calamari was so tender and the pizzas were so fresh and tasty. The shrimp franchise was the best we ever had. We also had chicken marsala, eggplant rollatini and penne Alla vodka. Everything was so delicious along with the fresh garlic knots. I also called Sal 2 hours before the party for him to have prosecco available for my guests. He made a call and had that ready when we arrived. We had the whole restaurant to ourselves which made it great to get up and walk around. I highly recommend Red Volpe to come for dinner or to have a special event. My family and friends really enjoyed themselves. Thanks for a great time and absolutely amazing food."

"The donuts are quite good, but the main issue is the lack of service. I waited 15 minutes for assistance, and during that time, someone jumped the line to place their order. I won’t be returning or recommending this place. It’s better to go to Dunkin' Donuts or 7-Eleven, where they treat customers with respect. I hope the management reads reviews like this and considers hiring qualified staff."

"I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The customer service was poor, the prices were too high, and the food wasn't even fresh. I definitely wouldn't recommend spending your money here. I ordered chicken hibachi, and they carelessly mixed in shrimp with my dish, despite me notifying them of my allergy. When I mentioned my concern, they simply said I should have informed them beforehand. Who would expect that the sides would be cooked together with the chicken? The chicken itself was the driest I've had in months. It's outrageous considering the prices they charge."
