"I love ribs...thought this would be a great dinner. Had baby back, st Louis ribs and a brisket sandwich. The ribs has great flavor, but we're overcooked and dried out. As if they sat under a heat lamp for hours. They sucked. The brisket was okay, bit still dried out. Our waitress came by to check on us 2 times in the hour we were there. After the second time she asked if we needed a to go box, we declined and assumed she would bring the check. After 20 minutes of waiting we got up to leave and Find the waitress. I walked downstairs and could've walked right out, no body cared or had a clue. I told the hostess I needed my check and was told they needed to find my waitress. After a few more minutes of waiting they told me my waitress just went back upstairs and that I had to go back upstairs to pay my check instead of them bringing it to me. The whole experience was not worth it and even though the flavor was good the service and the food is poorly put together and not managed well at all and I would not recommend it"

"Nice food with good dessert. The waitress seemed to forget me after bringing my food as I had no napkins or ketchup for the whole meal. After bringing me my drink she did not return until she saw I was finished, but I will give her credit as she then did ask if I wanted dessert. (Most don't bother asking) I got the seafood sampler with cod, shrimp, clam strips, oysters, fries and coleslaw. The food was fried very well and had a very nice taste, the only drawback was the seafood was a little chewy as was the shoestring fries. Other than that if the waitress had ever checked to refill my drink or get water, it was a good meal."

"I ordered meatball subs and was disappointed. The bread was soggy, the meatballs were undercooked, and the cheese was curdled. I requested a credit and received one for the meatball subs, but I wouldn't order them from there again. When I tried to order a pizza, I was told that the credit was only applicable to the meatball subs. I typically spend at least $25 a week, which adds up to over $100 a month, so it's unfortunate they seem unconcerned about losing a loyal customer. Service: Delivery."

"We stopped by last night to give it a try. I ordered the turkey, which came with real bratwurst, homemade stuffing, and mashed red potatoes. I also had green beans, which were fresh—not overcooked or frozen. It was a classic comfort food dinner. My wife had the open-faced beef brat sandwich, which was delicious but too much for her to finish. The staff and fellow patrons were all very welcoming, and I think having our 1-year-old granddaughter with us might have helped, but everyone just seemed genuinely nice. There was a 3.6% fee for using my debit card, which I can understand given the pressures small businesses face these days. My wife enjoyed the food and the atmosphere so much that we certainly plan to return next time, and we’ll bring cash then."
