Love this Dairy Queen! They make the best blizzards and very generous with the ice cream!

I placed a mobile order and ended up waiting a long time at the pickup window. When my Blizzard was finally handed to me, it was completely melted and had a lid on, but it was dripping out the sides and spilling all over the bag!

Left pic was supposed to be blue raspberry freeze and the right pic is a grape freeze! It’s just ice cream and the lady said that’s how they come and shut the window on us. Every other Dairy Queen we’ve been to have been a blue and a purple freeze.. never going there again! Ver carta

Ordered a simple small blizzard and sundae and both were made terribly and also given to us 90% melted almost to a foam and when I opened it the ice cream got all over my furniture. Most likely won’t be back to this location. Wasn’t going to go but my little sister wanted ice cream.

Was this Dairy Queen sold within the last year? It has always been the best in the past, but during my recent visit, it seemed like the employee didn’t know what she was doing. We ordered a medium Cherry Chip Blizzard with chocolate ice cream, but all we got was a bunch of chocolate—no hint of cherry at all. It was way too sweet and not at all what it should have been! That poor girl definitely needs some training.

The employees were pleasant and upbeat and I noticed that. My issue with this location was that I ordered a pumpkin pie blizzard, and only the top half had anything in it. The lower half was just soft serve vanilla. That said, I'm not happy with DQ at this point. What I got was pumpkin spiced soup crackers, in ice cream, with whip cream on top. Nothing against this location, but find a local ice cream stand instead. Ver carta

Always closed. This was not the case years ago. Not only are they regularly closed, they closed for the season when it was still almost 80 degrees out, absolutely ridiculous. If you don’t want to run the place anymore, let someone else do it. They monopolize the area and that’s how they’re getting away with the antics. Not impressed. Corporate needs to intervene somehow and help fix this franchise that’s Dairy Queen’s name on the line.

The service was slow and the food was disappointing. I ordered chicken bites and a chili cheese dog. The chicken bites seemed like they had been deep-fried a while ago; the batter was soft and greasy, and one piece was so tough it felt like chewing on gristle. Meanwhile, the chili cheese dog was lukewarm and served on a cold bun. It tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time. The only redeeming aspect of the dog was the mustard and ketchup.

It’s sad that I’m the second person in a week leaving a review to let you know you’re teenage employees are closing early. My husband went to pick up an online order 30 minutes before they closed and all the lights were off. Luckily our order was made but he said it looked like they were closed already. I don’t know what’s going in this year but this wasn’t my only bad experience here this summer. We hope you guys get it together because we’d be very sad to lose the Dairy Queen we’ve been frequenting for 13 years. Ver carta
