"I was going to eat there today but the service was lacking. The waitress came over asked if I wanted coffee, I said yes then I said I need a few minutes to look at the menu. 15 minutes later I still didn't have my coffee and she never came back. The prices here were surprisingly cheap and the food was very good. Our group was from quite a ways out of town, so we hadn't dined here before. Everyone left very happy. Cozy and welcoming diner off of highway 218. Delicious food and low prices (don't tell them about inflation. Also got to witness a very cute moment when the North Butler Football Team passed out roses to everyone in the restaurant in an attempt to spread kindness. The food is great, there's maybe two or three waitresses that keeps coffee in your cup, but otherwise it's good service. I would recommend Dave's restaurant to anyone that likes buffets or orders off of the menu. They're a lot cheaper than pizza ranch, even though I like pizza ranch once in a while. Make Dave's restaurant your go to place for great food. Food: 5
