DeFelice is always delicious. First time ordering from this location, have not a single complaint. I ordered over $70 and everything was perfect. The delivery guy was really nice and fast with my order. 10/10. Ver carta

Food was good but they always forget my 2 liter. and then when I called back to ask for it they hadn't even added to the order even though I definitely asked for a 2 liter and even my sister heard me order it. So annoying....ugh. no way i paid that much for food and didn't order the 2 liter and they didn't even give me a receipt so I could check the order. wonderful. thanks a lot.

I will never visit this restaurant again! Zero stars! I only rated it 5 stars so that people would see this review! The woman manager was extremely rude when I called to discuss an incorrect order. She tried to argue with me and her attitude was completely unacceptable. This happened at the restaurant on National Road in Wheeling, West Virginia, about 2 weeks ago in the evening. People like her should not be in charge of running a business. We used to be regular customers, but after this experience, we will never return. The ignorance and disrespect from her was completely unacceptable.
