Came in on a karaoke night. Very packed, but staff and patrons were all kind and in good spirits. Didn’t eat any food, so I can’t rate their grub. Overall good place. Clean restrooms, and overall well kept space Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

First time here and I will definitely be back. The place is lively for sure, but I mean that in a good way. The kind of place you want to be with friends to feel comfortable enough to laugh like you mean it. The food was delicious, hot, and got to us in a hurry. Our server was awesome too. Have lived in this part of Jeffco for 22 years and not sure why I have never been to Detour Grill and Bar. The food was amazing. I had a roast beef with provel cheese/au jus sweet potato fries. Service was great as well, we took the advice of the young man waiting on us wasn’t disappointed. Can’t wait to try the pizza and wings! It was absolutely delicious the service was off the hook and the atmosphere is always so much. All the patrons are always smiling so we'll wait staff is always smiling and happy to see you even if they don't know you.
