I don't gamble, but I do eat! Amazing steak dinner was no gamble, just delicious! Beats out some of the best steakhouses in Los Angeles! Our server, Sikoun, was so gracious and welcoming. Our dinner was top notch. No gristle and cooked to perfection. Loaded baked potato A+. Vegetables cooked al dente. Highly recommend! In a world of no bargains, this one is a sure fire winner!!! I attended a luncheon at Diamond Jim's on 18 May 2023. I ordered a simple cheeseburger and steak fries. The fries were served at room temperature. When I asked the Waitress for some hot fries, she just looked at me and walked away. The next time I saw her was when she gave me a bill. My cheeseburger was not cooked correctly, and as a result, I did not eat it. The food is terrible. The service is sporadic at best. Run and do not look back!

My first time did I go in play there the manager name Scott got the worst customer service that he could give us like a customer do you know what I was Gatling Texas hold 'em and then he comes to me and tell me can you relax stop screaming what kind of service is that in the casino? Do you know what I see? There 's a lot of favoritism in the casino I think Scott should be reprimanded tweet supervisor not to a manager. He needs to be trained more to be a manager and know how to treat customers more professionalism

There's floor men's there are cool with you, but honestly that day that happened that incident Scott was unprofessional he has something against me. I don't know what's going on with the floor man I think it's something to do with. Me About the complains that they have about me yeah I know that sometimes I do scream but all we go to have fun.
