The food was delicious and the variety of appetizers was great. The staff was friendly. The lighting was a bit dim and could be improved. I would definitely go back if I am in the area again.

We had an early dinner at this restaurant. The service was quick and our waiter, DJ, was fantastic. I tried the pulled pork cheese dish and it was amazing. My husband had the shepherd's pie and he loved it. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

The staff at this restaurant are friendly and kind. Our food arrived quickly, was hot and delicious. The restaurant was clean and the prices were reasonable. Just be cautious if you have a seafood allergy, as they fry both regular food and seafood in the same oil. Make sure to inform your server about any allergies.

I have been to Diggers several times over the years. I have always loved the food and drinks. However, I am not a fan of the parking situation in the rear. It seems that non-regulars tend to circle around and take the parking spots when customers leave. This happened to me during my last visit. The parking lot was full, but the restaurant was empty. Came here for dinner last week and enjoyed it. Diggers looks like an irish influenced sports pub. They are VERY Covid clean and smart keeping an eye on Social Distancing. I started off with the Onion Soup and it was excellent. My Bartender, Nick V, recommended the Steak Sandwich and he was right. it was really good. The beer was cold and all in all, really enjoyed my time here. I would highly recommend it.

I had a great time at this restaurant on Friday! They adhere to proper protocols and social distancing measures. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff was very friendly. The bartender, Will Van Vliet, was fantastic and a definite asset to the restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I highly recommend dining here, either indoors or outdoors. I will definitely be returning soon!

I was on a mission for chicken wings, so we stopped at Diggers. The atmosphere was friendly, our server Christian’s srvice was on the point, and made the proposal to get the marinated Steak medals on our Caesar Salad. We ordered a dozen, and the cook allowed us to get half drums in the hot, and the other half flats in medium. They were delicious! The Caesar Salad was huge and plunged with the Steak medallions that were generous. We also had a side of fries that were served wonderfully crispy. Loves this place in downtown Riverhead! Ver carta
