"3.5/5 is my actual rating. I saw a picture of their new chef's table item, Asian Cajun, and I thought I need to stop by and have a try. But when I actually got my food, I was a bit disappointed bc what I received looks so different from what they post (see the picture I uploaded). I've taken so many foodie pictures and never go over filtering/coloring. See how their shrimp and grits looks consistent in my picture and in the owner's picture, and how the Asian Cajun looks different. I don't think they used Cajun fried dirty rice in my dish honestly, and that's the entire reason why my rice looks yellowish but in their picture that's a real dirty rice. In the meantime the fried rice I got is mediocre and a bit dry. The fried alligator tastes really good and the shrimp grits is also good. The fried alligators are crispy outside and very soft inside. The service is also very good. That's why I'm give more than 3 stars. I really hope they could have brunch on Saturday as well. Right now they only serve brunch on Sunday, and for people who always have church duties, they'll never got a chance to enjoy the brunch on Sunday morning."

We literally happened upon this place. The ambience was so pleasant. It's an intimate location where the service is excellent. I had the shrimp and grits and found the flavor delectable. Our server suggested some drinks and they were spot-on. I would highly recommend it!

Delicious and WIDE variety of cocktails. Over 100 cocktail choices so you are sure to find something that fits your palette. The wait staff and bartenders are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. And the food is all fresh from scratch. The vibe is classy and relaxed. Definitely give this place a try. You won't be disappointed. Ver carta

I'm originally from Lafayette, LA, and this is my favorite Cajun restaurant in Bryan, TX. The food is delicious, and the service is sweet and helpful! Be sure to try the bread pudding—it's a must! I often bring my son here for our special "Mommy Dates," and he enjoys it too! The video is from my birthday celebration in May 2022. I love this place!! The drinks are top notch and the people are even better. You will not be disappointed with your drink whether you are ordering a simple gin tonic or a vieux carre, they are all amazing. While the drinks are unbeatable the staffis what really sets this bar apart from the rest, they love what they do and they welcome you like a regular. If you're inCollege Station and want a good cocktail at a great bar swing by and you won't be disappointed.

Went in for coffee and dessert. Unfortunately, both times we've come in for coffee, it's been warm, like it's been sitting in a pot all day. It shouldn't have been served. We'd rather wait for fresh, hot coffee than drink old coffee. The servers should know that. While the banana flambe had good texture and flavor, the chocolate mouse cake tasted like it had just come out of the fridge. It was a good cake, just had an off-putting flavor. Ultimately, we left earlier than we might have due to a customer at the bar. He was being incredibly loud and crass. I get it. It's a bar, but it didn't add to the atmosphere. It drove away business. On one hand I like the atmosphere and especially enjoy going there on First Friday to sit outside and watch the scene. The drinks are good, according to a friend who tries lots of different types of mixed drinks. Maybe a bit overpriced but still within range. The wine is okay, again, a bit overpriced but still reasonable. The reason for the Could 've been better review ? We ordered a cheese and meat board. It was not good. No taste to the cheese, the meat was unattractively arranged, even the tapenade was tasteless. If there was any cheaper cheese that could have been put on the board I would be surprised. No taste. Upon my arrival, I double-checked my coordinates. Was I still in Historic Bryan, or had I accidentally wandered into Cajun Country? Rest assured, it was just the VooDoo decor that made me feel like I had stepped into a New Orleans speakeasy.
