"I always try to find great food wherever I go, but today I was very disappointed with my visit to the Duchess restaurant. I have been to many of their locations over the years and never had an issue, but today was a letdown. The service was quick and efficient, but the food was not up to par. The burgers were good, but the onion rings were overcooked and clumped together. The chicken nuggets were also over-fried, turning them brown instead of golden, and they tasted like oil. I asked for a replacement order, but it was just as greasy. The meal was not cheap at $38 for two people, and only being able to eat half of it was disappointing. I hope this was just an off day for the restaurant."

This is the 3rd time I ordered from Uber eats and every time they forget items. They should learn how Uber eats works. Tonight I ordered 3 items and received one. That is unacceptable!

I don't know how they burnt the chicken nuggets and they soaked in hot dog was hot enough bread with soggy light it is through the onions and sour crop on let me know. Never want to go back

Best fast food style experience ever! I’m a difficult vegetarian, so eating out is hard for me, but everyone on the staff was AWESOME. They were all incredibly accommodating and helpful and the food was delicious! Thank you to everyone at duchess in wallingford!

This is the only restaurant where I have ever experienced food poisoning. I had eaten there a few times before, but when I went to pick up breakfast, I could tell that the potatoes and sandwich were not the freshest. I had a suspicion about the potatoes, but I never expected to spend 2 days of my life sick and stuck on the toilet. I will never eat there again and I should have paid more attention to the warning signs. I noticed that no one was wearing masks and the workers were using gloves to handle food and then the cash register, but I ignored it. I have been alive for 40 years and this restaurant takes the prize for the worst case of food poisoning in my life.
