Dunkin' - Carta

Absolutely the worst in town. The coffee is ok but the customer service is horrible!

I wish I knew her name, but here's a girl that makes my coffee better than any other dunkin I've ever had.

Not worth it what so ever. Went to do an on the go order the food was done but not the drink the said the order was picked up and just didn’t seem to care Ver carta

The service is consistently slow at this point, which is disappointing given that it's been an ongoing issue for a while. However, the food remains excellent – I would rate it a 5 out of 5!

order a coffee this morning for a quick pickup, but the place was closed and the only way to get it is car 10 in the drive thru great system they think if they do not choose to dive them the pickup on the app, it would refuse their order.

bad experience. they are trying to run the game on me and the failed lol. will later give a try and update this review based on it. hopefully they take this as a learning experience and improve service and eat and drink. all three are bad now. the Latin girl was not good at all. we build the wall. I stopped by for a quick meal, and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant and the tidy restrooms. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious. While I typically don't expect exceptional customer service at fast food places, the manager took the time to take my order and engaged me in a friendly conversation while I waited for my meal. Overall, I had a very enjoyable experience.

If I could give it zero stars I would! I've been going here for the past few weeks almost every day on my lunch break only because it's right near my job but every time I go it's an extremely long wait which I can understand during these times however their attitudes and lack of professionalism is in serious need of adjustment! The young girl was working completely alone so she had to lock the front door but there was no sign and nobody knew why it was closed and her attitude about the whole thing was awful! I wouldn't want to work alone either but at least put a sign and be somewhat respectful SMH The manager is really need to step up and step in

I went through the drive-thru, and the experience was quick and accurate. They even included napkins in my bag and asked if I wanted ketchup at the window. The rolls were fresh, and the fries were hot and delicious—everything was perfect. I really enjoyed my meal. I want to give it 5 stars instead of 4, but I would appreciate a bit more courtesy from the person taking my order. A simple "Can I help you?" or even just a "Hi" or "Hello" would be nice. Also, I've noticed that the regular cheeseburgers seem to be getting smaller. I'd rather see an increase in prices than a decrease in size. Maybe I’m just getting older, but I miss receiving a receipt! Ver carta
