"I had a similar experience to the review below me. What do you mean you can't do something because your computer won't let you? I ordered a turkey sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich but requested it on an everything bagel instead of an English muffin. I also asked if they could butter the everything bagel first. The lady told me she couldn't do that on the computer and didn’t know how to process my request. I suggested she ask the cooks to do it. Unfortunately, they responded that they couldn't butter it for me because it was against company policy. Really?! I usually don’t leave one-star reviews—I'm more inclined to give five stars because I tend to be a positive person. They told me I could butter the bagel myself, but that defeats the purpose; I wanted it to be a sandwich, not something I have to assemble myself. The food was good, and the atmosphere was pleasant, but I was genuinely looking forward to that sandwich. It’s not a huge deal, and life goes on, but I just don’t understand why they wouldn’t accommodate such a simple request. The review below mentioned confusion over a muffin and coffee order due to technology. Here’s a tip for the staff: sometimes you need to step away from the technology and just prepare something like you would for your own family or yourself at home. Buttering a bagel isn’t that difficult—especially when I always tip well."

I don't drink coffee, although I like it. Too much caffeine. I drink tea exclusively, and DD has great tea. Ironically, Starbucks coffee is even better, but their tea is horrible.

I quite enjoy their donuts and the aesthetic of dunkin is fun. The one I went to today had no drive through which is a little iffy while we're dealing with a pandemic. However the staff were nice and I do recommend their food.

This place will let you go in. There are also places. This is magical during this trial period. $2 for medium extra cost coffee (20% more caffeine). Easy to park. Nice people. I'm in Wayland, but this Dunkin is my favorite now. Ver carta

Dunkin' in Wayland has the friendliest staff in Metro West. While the drive-thru is very convenient, nothing compares to the welcoming atmosphere of the actual store. It's great to be greeted by employees you genuinely enjoy seeing when you visit!

It's incredible how complicated it has become to place an order for two coffees and a muffin! A computer really isn't needed for this. I genuinely feel for the staff; they have to enter the order, send it to a screen, and then pour the coffee. And to make matters worse, they forgot the muffin.
