"This location is brand new and already leaves me with a bad taste. The staff is so rude. When I pull up to the drive through I’m greeted with a monotone “give me a minute””. As if I’ve bothered her. I recently sat at the window waiting for a hot coffee for 5 full minutes during a time of day in which I was the only one there. A past experience left me and my friend waiting 15 minutes for a food order that we paid for but was never even put on the board. The manager was the one who put in the order and knew we were waiting and no assistant when we told him we had been waiting for such a long time. She didn’t even apologize for not placing the order. As a daily Dunkin drinker I was very excited when I found out about the new location. Unfortunately I continue to go to my original location now"

Terrible service older white lady with black hair was very rude . We came in with a large order and she was VERY rude and kept interrupting. When I questioned her about the service she said that is how she takes orders. I’ve never had such horrible service at a dunkin. Very disappointed and definitely will never be returning.

I bought a cup of coffee today around 10:40am at the store when I got the cup I noticed that It has a tiny whole on it and spilling form that side. I showed it and I asked to the cashier girl to change it. All of a sudden an other employee came up behind the counter which I couldn’t see her name tag (Africa American)and she grabbed the cup from my hand very rude way and spill it to the other cup and put it on the other side of counter with rude manner. Is that how your employee’s take care of customers ? Thank you
