"I have a lot of patience for people working in the service industry, I did it for years, and I know it?s become more difficult. I don?t mind long waits and I understand mistakes happen. I don?t really care if I wait online for 15 minutes, I get that. Butat this dunks, and the one up the road at the Irving in Bedford, I routinely receive either lousy service or see unhappyemployees arguing, sitting on the counter where drinks are handed out, smoking in the drive thru, or making me feel like I?mputting them out by placing an order. Management needs to figure this out if your people are stressed because of staffing orworkload, and they?re making the customers miserable, you need to fix it. And for once, could someone pleeeeease just read backan order at the speaker and/or the window to make sure it?s right before charging me and handing me some rando?s order?"

Dining room is closed with no sign indicating so. About 15 mobile orders sitting unclaimed on the counter and a dozen angry/disappointed customers locked out. At least put up a sign! Ver carta

Ever since the renovations, the place looks great, but the drive thru is never open and they never want to do frozen drink orders. If they do, they come out with 90%cream and no coffee.

THE best store!! I’ve been going here since their remodel and despite their DT computer problems, they still manage to be the quickest staff i’ve seen. They’re extreamly friendly and always keep my morning trips entertaining. Their morning crew is the best!!

The worst dunking I have ever been to took 30 minutes in the drive thru and the server treat me like it was my fault . She made me get out of my car because she just left it at the window and walk away. It was a chocolate milk which they didn't even have to make and a simple bacon egg and cheese bagel. Ver carta

I've noticed they don't like to open the drive thru and if you like frozen coffee this isn't the place for you, it's always down.

my bf requested dd for a season position, has not even begun, its first day is tomorrow. that is what he received the day before his first day working on this place. that's what the manager sent. unprofessional for one, does not make any sense, and completely wastes his time- for them told him the hours he wanted, was exactly what you were looking for young. learn how to deal with the business properly and professionally or someone in management who knows something.
